Context, governance and leadership — 90 minutes: Define scope, stakeholders, roles and policy responsibilities. Planning, risk, objectives and support — 120 minutes: Connect objectives, risks, controls and documented evidence. HR service catalogue and enablement — 120 minutes: Specify managed services and dependencies. Workforce lifecycle operations — 120 minutes: Map lifecycle services as one managed system. Measurement, internal assessment and management review — 90 minutes: Design evidence-based review of performance. Improvement and implementation readiness — 90 minutes: Develop corrective actions and an implementation roadmap. Integrated portfolio review and professional pathway — 60 minutes: Present coherent applied work and identify approval-dependent credential steps. COMPLETION Course completion is reviewed against instructor-led participation and applied activities. Any professional designation requires separate assessment and credential review; registration, payment or marking articles complete does not automatically award DIP or HR-MSP.
