ISO 30201, HRSM and service-management logic — 25 minutes: Explain the relationship between requirements, implementation and PDCA. Three functional categories and 18 domains — 30 minutes: Locate the three categories and their scope. Service, responsibility and evidence workshop — 35 minutes: Describe a service with an owner, user, measure and evidence. Reflection and professional next steps — 20 minutes: Identify an improvement action and the distinct professional pathway. COMPLETION Certificate of Participation follows verified attendance and participation in the instructor-led activities; purchase alone does not constitute completion.
