PROFESSIONAL & ORGANIZATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Build capability. Demonstrate practice.
Professional learning and organizational assessment for inclusion governance and human resources management. Explore DIP and HR-MSP, then choose your instruction language.
For individual professionals
DIP — Diversity & Inclusion Professional: the full ISO 30415 / DISM professional curriculum, taught by instructors in English, Spanish or French. HRSM Foundations: an introductory instructor-led English course with an intended Certificate of Participation; it is not HR-MSP certification. HR-MSP — Human Resource Management Service Professional: the full ISO 30201 professional program, taught in English, with Foundations and six applied modules. No automatic academic credit or certification equivalence is promised.

For organizations
Define the assessment scope, examine evidence, identify gaps and prepare an implementation roadmap. Certification readiness and a final organizational certification decision are separate stages; completing training does not certify an organization.

Standards set the reference
ISO 30415 provides diversity and inclusion guidance. DISM certification is an InclusionScore methodology and review process, not an ISO-issued certificate. ISO 30201 specifies HR management-system requirements. Implementation support and readiness review do not themselves constitute independent certification. ISO develops standards; it does not certify people or organizations.
